Money market instruments

Money market instruments mean securities or property rights
incorporating exclusively monetary claims, maturing within
one year from the issue date, whose value may be determined
at any time, provided that there is demand for and supply
of such instruments enabling them to be acquired and disposed
of an a continuous basis, with the proviso that a temporary
loss of liquidity of such securities or property rights does
not cause such securities or property rights to lose the
status of money market instruments.
