Rights to shares
In the Polish law "rights
to shares" means securities conferring the right to receive uncertificated
new issue shares in a public company, which are created upon the
allotment of such shares and expire after the shares are registered
in the depository for securities or after
a decision of the registry court refusing the entry
of a share capital increase in the register of entrepreneurs
becomes final.
