Short selling mean an investment technique designed to achieve
profit when the prices of particular securities, money
market instruments, derivatives or units in collective investment
undertakings, which have been borrowed by an investor for the
purposes of settling a transaction or by an entity executing
a sell order for the account of an investor, or have been acquired
by such investor or entity pursuant to an agreement or agreements
that oblige the seller to buy back such instruments from the
acquirer in the future, fall in the period from the execution
of an order to sell such instruments to the maturity date of
the claim for the return of such instruments
